Looking for delicious, fresh, local produce? We passionately believe that our residents and visitors should have access to fresh, locally grown produce through as many channels as possible. Whether you are a chef or produce buyer at a restaurant, resort, country club or other establishment we are interested in working with you towards that goal. Benefits of buying from Erickson Farm is that you know your produce was
grown safely, locally, and is harvested to order. Most products are
picked within 24 hours of delivery. Some tropicals, like avocado and
sapodilla, do not begin to ripen until they are removed from the tree,
so they are picked earlier and delivered when ready to use. We select
varieties for exceptional flavor as it is not necessary that they be
sturdy enough to handle shipping. We have one location. If we experience a freeze, hail storm, hurricane,
etc. that means we will likely lose our crops. Anyone with a standing or
advance order will be notified as soon as we suspect a problem. This is
a reality of farming and a challenge that must be recognized with
sourcing local food.
Delivery Area
Currently we make deliveries from the Palm Beaches to the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami metro area. We are considering expanding to the Orlando area as the list of interested restaurants in that area grows. For those in other parts of the country, please contact us if you are interested in our tropical fruits and we will look into distribution channels where possible. Mango and avocado can be shipped via UPS to most states. Products & Availability
We grow a variety of tropical fruit (see tropicals list) as well as a growing list of winter vegetables (see vegetable list). Availability and price are available via our weekly email--What's Fresh. To subscribe send your name, restaurant/resort, and email address to
