approximately 10 servings
6 cups peeled, cubed mangos (2 - 4 fruit depending on size) 2 cups sugar 2 cups heavy cream 2 cups ice
Methods/steps
- Place half of each ingredient in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth
- Pour into large freezer-safe container with lid
- Repeat with other half of ingredients
- Seal container and freeze. Freeze time varies by container size but allows at least 2 hours.
