Mango Sorbet
Description Super easy and addictive. No ice cream maker required!

approximately 10 servings
6 cups peeled, cubed mangos (2 - 4 fruit depending on size)
2 cups sugar
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups ice
Methods/steps
  • Place half of each ingredient in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth
  • Pour into large freezer-safe container with lid
  • Repeat with other half of ingredients
  • Seal container and freeze.  Freeze time varies by container size but allows at least 2 hours.
Additional Tips

For fastest freeze use a shallow container such as a 9"x13" size container.
