1 cup diced mango (about half a large mango)

1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup milk

1/8 t ground cardamom

1 T honey or sugar

Methods/steps
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend for about 2 minutes until mixture is smooth.
