1 package (3 oz.) orange gelatin
1 cup boiling water
¾ cup cold water
1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup diced mango

whipped cream, for topping (optional)

Methods/steps

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then add cold water.
Combine 1/2 cup of dissolved gelatin, cream cheese, and mango in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Mix in remaining gelatin mixture.
Pour into mold(s) and refrigerate until firm.
Top with whipped cream (optional).
