Mango Gelitan Salad

1 package (3 oz.) orange gelatin
1 cup boiling water
¾ cup cold water
1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup diced mango

whipped cream, for topping (optional)

Methods/steps
  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then add cold water.
  • Combine 1/2 cup of dissolved gelatin, cream cheese, and mango in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Mix in remaining gelatin mixture.
  • Pour into mold(s) and refrigerate until firm.
  • Top with whipped cream (optional).
