Methods/steps
Chop lettuce and rinse well in cold water, then drain.
In large bowl, place lettuce and top with carrot, cucumber, mango, and tomato.
Chill until ready to serve.
Just before serving, toss with lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, and black pepper.
