Yes! Mangos can be frozen or canned.

To freeze simply pack peeled, sliced mangos into a freezer bag/container and place in freezer. Another method is to first lay slices on a tray and freeze before packing. This allows fruit to be removed in individual slices.

To can mangos pack well heated mangos in a medium syrup (1 cup water to 1 cup sugar) into hot, sterilized jars. Fill to within 1/2" of top, seal and process 10 minutes in boiling water bath. Preserved mangos keep for over a year.
